Case study · Diplomatic Summits
Delivering mission-critical audiovisual systems for one of the world's most high-profile diplomatic events.

The NATO 2026 Summit in Ankara brought together heads of state, ministers, senior officials, international delegations, and global media for one of the world's most significant diplomatic gatherings. Asimetrik was entrusted with the design, integration, commissioning, and operational management of the audiovisual systems supporting multiple critical areas of the summit — working in close collaboration with the NATO A/V Team throughout every phase.
Asimetrik was responsible for AV systems across the plenary meeting halls, bilateral meeting areas, VIP lounges, family photo area, official entrance and arrival zones, press briefing halls, task force rooms, and the Video Distribution System (VDS). Each environment was designed to provide intuitive operation, exceptional reliability, and seamless interoperability while supporting the dynamic requirements of an international summit.

International diplomatic summits demand more than advanced technology — they require systems that remain dependable under continuous operation while supporting rapidly changing schedules, simultaneous meetings, multilingual communications, international media, and stringent security procedures. Our engineering focused on high system availability, operational resilience, secure signal distribution, simplified operator workflows, and rapid technical response.

“A mission-critical environment where precision, security, and confidentiality were essential — delivered end-to-end from preparation through successful conclusion.”

Beyond system design and integration, Asimetrik provided comprehensive on-site operational management during the summit. Our technical specialists continuously monitored system performance, coordinated operational workflows, and worked closely with the NATO A/V Team — enabling delegates, organisers, and international media to focus entirely on the summit while the technology performed reliably in the background.

The successful delivery of the NATO 2026 Summit demonstrates Asimetrik's capability to execute highly complex international projects where reliability, discretion, collaboration, and operational excellence are paramount. From strategic meeting environments to press operations and secure video distribution, this project reflects our commitment to engineering audiovisual systems that support the world's most important events with confidence and precision.
Our team designs and operates AV systems for summits, state visits, and high-profile international events.
