A centralized control platform was developed to simplify the operation of multiple technologies across the Council's meeting spaces. Operators can manage audio levels, camera angles, display content, and lighting presets from a single interface, reducing setup time and minimizing the risk of technical issues during important sessions.

Working within a historically significant building required careful attention to architectural preservation.
